Refund & Return Policy

At Mini Minds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or opened products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or gift-pack items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Mini Minds reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on inspection.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to Mini Minds’ mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
